Feed Is Not Updating After Instagram Post Deletion

The Instagram API doesn't notify Spotlight when a post is deleted, which means Spotlight can't determine that a post has been removed.

The deleted Instagram post can be completely removed from your feed by manually clearing Spotlight’s cache.

You can clear the Spotlight cache by navigating to Settings > Tools > Cache. Learn more about Spotlight’s tools here.
