Upgraded to PRO but premium features are still locked
This issue has happened for some Spotlight PRO customers when using the Safari browser. Although Spotlight is continuously being improved to avoid such issues, should you encounter something like this (even if not using Safari), please try switching to another browser to see if the issue presents itself again.
If it doesn't happen again and the issue is fixed, please contact us to let us know which browser was at fault so that we can investigate it further.
