When using the Gutenberg block editor in WordPress, search for "Spotlight" or "Instagram" to find the Spotlight Instagram Feeds Block.

When you already have existing Instagram feeds set up, you will see a selection like this:

When no Instagram feeds exist in Spotlight, you're prompted to create one: 

The button will open Spotlight in a new tab.  Do not close the page/post editor. Spotlight's block is set up to automatically detect when a new feed is created, so once you save the feed in Spotlight, the block editor will automatically populate the block with the feed that you just created.

If a feed is embedded on a page or post using the Spotlight block and it's deleted at any point, the following messages will be displayed depending on whether you have other existing Instagram feeds or not:
