Filtering logic

Whether you're applying caption or hashtag filters per feed or as a global option, the following logic is followed for how the filtering is applied:

Has at least one of these hashtags (applying OR logic among entries)
AND
Has at least one of these keywords/phrases in the caption (applying OR logic among entries)
AND
Does not have one of these hashtags (applying OR logic among entries)
AND
Does not have one of these keywords/phrases in the caption (applying OR logic among entries)
